"Booking was easy, but I felt a bit ignored"
I booked my flight on FlyFrontier, and the process itself was easy. The site loaded fine, and I was able to pick my dates, seats, and bags without getting lost or frustrated.
I did like that the final price was clear before I paid, and the whole thing only took about 10 minutes. That said, it felt kind of impersonal, like if I had a question or needed help, nobody would really be there paying attention. It worked fine, but I still came away feeling a little ignored

"Surprisingly Comfortable Seats"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the seats actually ended up being comfy. The legroom felt better than I had in mind, which made the whole ride feel a lot less cramped for me

i mean, having my flight canceled was definitely frustrating, and I was worried the refund would drag on. But Frontier ended up sending it back after about a week, and I also got a small credit. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but support was decent and everything got sorted in the end

I liked that the fees were shown before checkout, so I wasn’t left guessing about the final total. That’s how it should be, right?

I flew with Frontier recently, the baggage rules were easy to understand. I paid for my carry-on while I was booking my ticket, which ended up being cheaper than waiting until later, why pay more if you don’t have to?
I was a little worried there’d be some surprise fee at the airport, but nope, everything matched what I expected. As long as you actually read the size rules, what’s there to stress about? Simple experience overall.

"Solid deal for a budget traveler"
As someone who’s always trying to travel without spending too much, I thought this was a fair deal. The flight was cheap, and the seats were totally fine for a short trip. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done...

"Check-in and boarding were easy"
Check-in was quick and boarding went smoothly too. I can’t remember if boarding started right on time or a little earlier than they said, but either way it was easy and didn’t feel like a hassle.

"Rough travel day, but they came through"
My flight got delayed and then ended up being cancelled, which was definitely frustrating. I was traveling to meet up with my sister, so I was already stressed about losing time, but Frontier did a decent job keeping me in the loop. The app updates helped, and the gate staff were actually really kind while getting me rebooked. It wasn’t the smoothest day, but they handled it better than I thought they would
